Exploring NoSQL and In-memory database

The Department of Computer Engineering organized an Expert- Talk on 28th December 2021 at the C-222 classroom in Chhatrapati Shivaji Block.
The talk commenced at 3.00 PM and continued till 5.00 PM. A very informative technical talk on the topic – “Exploring NoSQL and In-memory database ” was given by Mr. Vijay Daniel Rajkumar, Senior system analyst, Ericsson, Ireland.
Dr. S P Manikandan, HOD – CE, Welcomed chief guest in a virtual mode. Students of 2nd year of CE department gained knowledge about Data Base Management System topics like NoSQL and In-memory database along with hands-on experience on SQLlite and MongoDB, 56 students attend the expert talk in a blended mode.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks speech given by the Assistant Professor Department of CE, Mr Rahul B.
Outcome: Students will have a solid understanding of the basics like NoSQL, In-memory database, SQLlite and how MongoDB store data.
