My son Trivikram is a student of the Computer Engineering department, We as parents are very satisfied with the results from the department. The faculty are very supportive and encouraging. The department also encourages students to participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities which is great. The syllabus for the entire course was very well structured which made me believe it will provide a greater number of opportunities for my son. The faculty have helped and supported my son in gaining knowledge not only from the curriculum but also from many other sources. I also appreciate that we parents can easily communicate with faculty anytime. And in addition, the workshops and events organized by the department were both enjoyable and knowledgeable to the students. Overall, the Department of Computer Engineering has delivered more than our expectations in every way.

My daughter Raksha is studying in the Computer Engineering Department, New Horizon College of Engineering. Computer Engineering is a new branch. 70 to 75 percent of the syllabus is similar to that of the CSE department. The remaining 25-30 percent is similar to that of the ECE Department. So Computer Engineering is a mixture of both the branches. I was nervous at the start as this was a new branch and my daughter was in the first set of students so we had no idea how the placements would turn out to be. But there is no need to worry since the teachers are really putting a lot of effort into making this branch get more good outcomes. I’m satisfied and happy with the teachers. The syllabus for this branch is based on the current software and hardware requirements needed to get a job. Therefore, the opportunity to get placed in a good company is more as students from this branch get to study both the software and hardware sides of the computer based engineering field.

It’s been a good 2 years since my ward joined NHCE, and it’s safe to say she made the right decision. The quality of faculty from administrative to teaching is overly impressive. Being the first batch of the Department of Computer Engineering showed no setbacks. It’s an extremely safe and steady BE program that my daughter finds challenging and innovative. I highly appreciate the work put by the professors towards making the classes fun and friendly. Besides, tons of co-curricular activities come by, keeping the students active. My daughter Rachana is studying in New Horizon College of Engineering from a year now. I am extremely happy with the exposure and quality of education the institution’s been providing which will make my ward industry ready. The Department of Computer Engineering has been providing all the required guidance and has an upper hand in encouraging in the all-round development. My daughter finds this program challenging and innovative and steady at the same time. I am very much satisfied and happy about the quality education this institute is providing my daughter. She is studying computer engineering course which teaches both software and hardware and has best faculty team with standard teaching who are friendly and holds the doubt session. They encourage the student to take part in co-curricular activities, workshops and have a hands-on session, which helps my daughter to industrially prepare. They also have a good placement training, other extra-curricular activities which helps to enhance overall personality.

My son studies in computer engineering branch at this deemed college, new horizon college of engineering. My ward is currently studying in 2nd year in department of computer engineering. I am really glad about the college growth and the standard of education it provides. It has good team of faculty who supports and encourages the students in overall growth. It has good and advanced lab; this helps students to gain knowledge practically.
