Industry Expert Talk – Discussion On Concepts of AI & Fascinating Applications
Dept. of Computer Engineering has organized an Industry Expert Talk titled ““Discussion On Concepts of AI & Fascinating Applications” on 17th November 2022 from 11.00 – 1.00 pm. through Blended mode at room no. 203. Welcome address followed by Introduction of speaker Mr.Jai Ganesh Suresh, Data Science Architect, Ericsson is given by Dr T.Kavitha, Professor, Dept. of CE.
Then talk commenced by the resource person at 11.15am. Session was informative and speaker discussed about many case studies by playing many videos. Around 60 students of III-year (Batch 2020-24) CE attended the Industrial Expert Talk. The speaker shown the demonstration of similarity calculation. would have given an idea to the students. Overall the session was very interesting and students were stimulated with innovative thoughts about Artificial Intelligence which will be really helpful for their project. Finally, event concluded with vote of thanks by Dr T.Kavitha.
Outcome: Students gained knowledge about the current trends in the domain of artificial intelligence through case studies and how to start the ML/DL project.
